Personal training FAQs

Our personal training sessions start from £200 per month, we also offer discounts on payments of 6 or 12 months.

Our personal training sessions are centred around resistance training.

We use a combination of bodyweight exercises, compound exercises, fixed resistance machines and conditioning exercises to create a program bespoke to your goals!

When thinking about how many times per week to train it's important to think about consistency and sustainability. You should choose a package that suits your lifestyle, your training goals and your budget.

Most of our clients train 3 or 4 times per week to maximise results whilst still being able to recover adequately.

We take payment via monthly direct debit, which can be cancelled at any time.

You can also take advantage of our discounts offered if you upfront for 6 or 12 months upfront.

Our gym membership is capped to make sure the gym never gets too busy, ensuring members and clients have an enjoyable experience when training with us, as such spaces are limited so we do have to charge for gym access.

However we do offer 25% off the membership price to all PT clients.

Sessions last between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
