We don't currently offer classes but we do offer small group personal training, where sessions start at as little as £11.50!

NO, all of our services are on a non contract basis.

We pride ourselves on service and dont feel the need to lock people into using those services.

We don't use membership cards, the gym is fully staffed and someone will let you in upon arrival, just press the buzzer after 3pm!

Yes! You don't need an appointment, turn up at any time and a member of our team will give you a tour.

Upon sign up you will be prompted to book an induction, we use this as an opportunity to introduce ourselves, show you around the facility and also get you to sign a PARQ form.

Our opening hours are:

Monday to Friday - 6.15am til 8pm

Saturday - 8am til 3pm

Sunday - Closed

We want our members to train!

Your average commercial gym has around 5000 members, imagine they all turned up on one day?! Their business model is to get you to sign up and pay a recurring fee but to never actually use their product.

We on the other hand have a capped membership base in order to control the quality of everyones gym experience.

Of course! When you come in for your induction ask that member of staff to show you around all of the equipment.
