There are no long-term commitments or contracts required.
Our small group personal training sessions are centred around resistance training.
We use a combination of bodyweight exercises, compound exercises and conditioning exercises to create a program to get you fitter, healthier and stronger!
Our small group personal training sessions times are:
Weekdays:
6.30am, 7.30am, 8.30am, 5.30pm, 6.30pm
Saturday:
8.30am, 9.30am
We take payment via monthly direct debit, which can be cancelled at any time.
You can also take advantage of our discounts offered if you pay upfront for 6 or 12 months upfront.
Our gym membership is capped to make sure the gym never gets too busy, ensuring members and clients have an enjoyable experience when training with us, as such spaces are limited so we do have to charge for gym access.
However we do offer 25% off the membership price to all PT clients.
Sessions last upto 60 minutes
