Why Warren Joined
Warren came to The Lab after leaving another gym that, in his words, “felt pretentious and intimidating.”
He’d heard good things about The Lab and wanted somewhere that felt genuine, a place where he could train, be consistent, and actually enjoy being there.
What Stood Out
“The Lab is great, very relaxed and sociable,” Warren says. “I think the word community describes the place best.”
That sense of community quickly became the difference for him. The coaches were experienced and approachable, and the atmosphere felt welcoming from day one.
“It’s not just about the training aspect either,” he adds. “Everyone’s super friendly and helpful, I can often end up chatting (maybe too much) while I’m in the gym.”
Progress Since Joining
Training at The Lab has given Warren more than just structure in the gym, it’s helped him find a healthy balance in his day-to-day life.
“It’s a good blueprint for something I do consistently, but I haven’t let it consume me. I often use it as a way to help myself be more rational.”
That balance has made fitness something sustainable, something that adds to his life, rather than takes over it.
What He’d Say to Others
“It’s just a different vibe from anything I’ve done before, and I’d highly recommend it.”
If you’ve ever felt out of place in a gym, Warren’s experience is proof that finding the right environment makes all the difference.
