Greta's Story: From Overwhelmed to Confident: Greta’s 4-Month Transformation at The Lab Liverpool

When Greta joined The Lab Liverpool just 4 months ago, she had three simple goals:


👉 Lose some weight
👉 Get stronger
👉 Feel more confident

 

Fast forward to today and she’s achieved all three. She’s lighter on the scales, stronger in the gym, eating better, sleeping better, and has more energy than she’s had in years.

 

But what makes Greta’s story stand out isn’t just the physical changes. It’s how finding the "right gym environment" made all the difference.

 



Overcoming Barriers in Big Gyms

 

For Greta, training in large commercial gyms had always been a struggle.

 

“As an autistic girl I’ve always struggled in big, noisy gyms. They’re overwhelming and intimidating.
The Lab is different. It’s small, calm and supportive. I get proper coaching and 1-to-1 attention even in a group.”

 

That difference in environment gave Greta the confidence to focus on her training, without the distractions and anxieties that had held her back before.
