Absolutely! After the initial month offer, you can choose to continue with our group training classes at the regular monthly rate of £150. We believe that our program offers great value for those committed to their fitness journey.

There are no long-term commitments or contracts required for the initial month offer. It's a fantastic opportunity to try out our group training classes without any obligation beyond the first month. If you enjoy the experience, you're welcome to continue with the classes at the regular rate.

There are no hidden costs or additional fees associated with the initial month offer. The £50 fee covers your access to three sessions per week for the duration of the first month. We believe in transparency and strive to provide excellent value for our members.

The initial month offer allows you to enjoy our group training classes for a discounted rate of £50 for the first month. This offer gives you access to three sessions per week, providing an excellent opportunity to experience the benefits of our training program at a reduced cost.

Our small group personal training sessions are centred around resistance training.

We use a combination of bodyweight exercises, compound exercises and conditioning exercises to create a program to get you fitter, healthier and stronger!

Yes, you have the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time, even after the initial month offer. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to make our cancellation process hassle-free for our members.

Our small group personal training sessions times are:

Weekdays:

6.30am, 7.30am, 8.30am, 5.30pm, 6.30pm

Saturday:

8.30am, 9.30am

We take payment via monthly direct debit, which can be cancelled at any time.

You can also take advantage of our discounts offered if you upfront for 6 or 12 months upfront.

Our gym membership is capped to make sure the gym never gets too busy, ensuring members and clients have an enjoyable experience when training with us, as such spaces are limited so we do have to charge for gym access.

However we do offer 25% off the membership price to all PT clients.
